Doctors are people too
Physicians spend their working lives being addressed as a specialty. The rest of the time they are people who play sport, talk to their friends and scroll the same feeds as everyone else. Our conference events are built on that second fact — a real pickleball competition, alongside the medical meetings you already attend, with the people you already work near.
The clinicians are the event. They play, they set the tone, and the evening is built around whether they enjoyed it — not around anything anyone wants to say to them.
Everyone else — brand teams, agencies, media — is on the court, in the rotation, in the same shorts. Present and playing, rather than presenting.
We host it, run play and match the games, so the two sides meet over something worth doing. Bring your A game; we will handle the rest.
HOW A NIGHT RUNS
Held alongside a national medical meeting, on an evening that does not fight the programme. You do not need to have played before.
Paddles and balls are provided, courts are booked, and there is nothing to bring but flat-soled shoes. Play runs in short rotations, so nobody sits out.
Games are matched to experience by a former professional racquets player, so a first-timer and a tournament regular both get a competitive game — just not against each other.
The part everyone actually remembers. No presentation, no booth, no badge scan — just the room, after a couple of hours of not talking about work.
WHERE WE’RE PLAYING
Each of these sits alongside a national meeting. Dates are being locked in — pick the ones you would enter and we will send yours first.
Nothing on the calendar right now — the next one is being planned.
Pick an event above, then leave your address. One email when it has a date. Nothing else.
